The team at HF knew from bitter experience that they had often been in situations on active service where their thoughts had turned to home and the people they loved. They had been able to send them an ebluey - a great facility, but nothing more substantial than that like gifts or mementoes, unless they went to a great deal of trouble. It was for this reason that they worked together with ebluey to bring a service to Forces deployed, particularly on operations, but also on exercises and overseas detachments. It allows services personnel to send bouquets of high quality flowers back to families and friends in peacetime locations, knowing that everything about the way it is done has been tailored to suit their needs. 10% of net profit will go to Forces charity so even if you are not in HM Forces you may still place an order knowing that you will be supporting a Forces Charity.

HOW DOES HEROES FLOWERS WORK?
We receive your order straight off the dedicated ebluey link to our design house in London. There, the order is made up by specialist florists to the design you have chosen. You should note that the flowers are fresh and arranged on the premises. We do not outsource this to third parties. We do it ourselves. This is a service especially for The Services!
The completed bouquet is then packed into special containers. For more information on delivery times and this packaging system see delivery & packaging. The flowers are specially chosen and the containers are designed with a drip safe water reservoir to make sure that they will survive the trip to your friends and family. It’s possible that there may be operational reasons that complicate your order. HF will do all we can to help. For example you may be subject to a short-notice move, or become a casualty. In either case, once the order is in our system we will deliver it, but should there be compassionate reasons that make this difficult, if you or your unit let us know, we will ensure it is handled sensitively.
