Because we appreciate that access to the Internet can be limited and irregular for Forces deployed on operations, exercises and overseas detachments we are able to take your order up to 12 weeks before an event to make sure that a special occasion is not forgotten.

There are no deliveries on Sundays and Mondays. STANDARD UK DELIVERY is next day for orders placed Monday – Thursday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed by noon will be sent out the same day for next day delivery, those received after noon will be sent out the next day. We cannot guarantee an arrival time.

For orders placed between noon Thursday and noon Friday - Saturday delivery is possible if selected and the appropriate carriage price paid. If this supplement is not paid - orders taken after noon Thursday will be sent out Monday for delivery Tuesday.

We can take early orders for a specific date provided the delivery date is Tuesday – Saturday (excluding bank holidays) provided the appropriate additional delivery charge is paid for Saturday delivery. Charges shown at checkout.

Some products will be delivered via courier and some via postal services to UK mainland addresses, in the event of postal strikes all products will be sent via courier. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the bouquet on your chosen date, the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address.

Delivery to BFPO addresses . Available for Germany, Holland and Belgium only

Average delivery time for bouquets to BFPO addresses is 3/4 days but this can vary particularly at peak times. The packaging is a very important part in keeping the bouquets fresh for the journey.

To work closely with the BFPO system and minimise transit time we only send out bouquets for onward BFPO delivery by collection from our premises on Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday and Friday. (bank holidays excluded)

You may order on any day but need to bear in mind that your order will not be sent out until the first of these collection days following receipt of your request.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for these BFPO deliveries and cannot offer to supply outside of the countries listed above. Where possible, we recommend to order your bouquet as early as possible, we are able to take advance orders up to 12 weeks. Single red roses are currently not able to be sent outside the UK.
